How MindBridge uses information
MindBridge receives information that you choose to submit through its forms so the team can review listings, update requests, suggestions, access requests, and inquiries. This may include contact details and professional or organizational information. Form contents are used to respond to or review the relevant request and are not sent to Google Analytics.
Website analytics
MindBridge uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage and improve the platform. Analytics loads automatically when you use the production website.
The implementation is configured not to send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, WeChat IDs, free-text searches, health or support concerns, diagnoses, symptoms, treatment information, provider names, or detailed filter values. Page addresses are reduced to neutral route categories before being reported. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
Google Analytics and MindBridge's hosting provider may still receive technical information involved in delivering and measuring website use, such as device, browser, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction timing. MindBridge does not describe this information as fully anonymous.
External services
Links may take you to independently operated services, including the MindBridge Community Forum, which is hosted using Discourse. Their own privacy practices apply after you leave this website. MindBridge does not use the main website analytics implementation for cross-domain identity tracking.
